What's the deal with Synthicide?

We design all products by hand in NYC. Most items are made to order (just for you!) by our manufacturer and sent directly to their forever homes. Items that aren’t made to order are printed locally in small batches, hand packaged, and sent out from the Synthicide lair 👽 See product descriptions for info on that item’s creation process.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to all countries 🌎 Our made to order products are shipped from our manufacturers in the USA or EU and our locally made products are shipped from us in NYC. 

 

What are your shipping rates?

Domestic (USA) orders are provided with a choice of standard and express shipping methods at checkout & international orders have a flat rate of $15. 

 

I only received part of my order - where is the rest?

We work with separate manufacturers (see "Where do you ship?"), so some items are shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yup! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to view your tracking information. If your order includes both batch printed and made to order items, you will be updated with the separate tracking information as both portions of the order are shipped. 

 

What if my shipment is lost, stolen, or delayed?

Synthicide is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or for any fees incurred upon international import. You are responsible for the shipping fees of your purchases and any return fees if you refuse a package from Synthicide.

 

There’s a problem with my order - can I return it?

If we made an error on your order and you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@synthicide.nyc or send us a message. Please see our return policy for more information.
